The ceremony to sign the memorandum of understanding for cooperation between Nam An Mechanism and Environment .,JSC (NAM AN M&E., JSC), Nam An Hanoi Mechanism and Environment Investment Company (NAM AN HN., JSC.), and the Department of Chemical Engineering, School of Chemistry and Life Sciences (SCLS), Hanoi University of Science and Technology took place on March 13, 2024, at Nam An Company, Tiên Sơn Industrial Park, Tiên Du, Bắc Ninh, amidst a warm and open atmosphere. This event not only marks a significant step forward in the cooperation between the two parties but also opens up new prospects in the fields of education, research, and technology transfer.
Established and developed since 2000, NAM AN M&E., JSC is a reputable enterprise in consulting, designing, manufacturing, installing, and transferring equipment and production lines in the fields of chemical technology and environment. With several subsidiary companies, the entity has been providing incineration systems, boilers, tanks, gas treatment equipment, water treatment, and traditional medicine production lines to domestic and international customers.

The formal signing ceremony marks a significant advancement in the cooperative relationship between Nam An Company and the Department of Chemical Engineering, SCLS. The presence and witness of Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thi - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nam An Company, and Assoc. Prof. La Thế Vinh - Vice Dean of SCLS, demonstrate the expectations and commitment to developing this collaborative relationship. In a warm and intimate atmosphere among professionals, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thi summarized the formation process and overcoming of challenges for Nam An's development alongside concerns about the mechanical and equipment manufacturing applied to chemical technology and the environment. Mr. Thi expects cooperation with the Department of Chemical Engineering to bring new values to the company's production while providing favorable conditions for the students of the faculty in learning and practical experiences. During the working session, both parties committed to closely collaborating in activities related to training, scientific research, consultancy, and technology transfer in technical process, machinery, and equipment for chemical and environmental technology.
