Strengthen education and research cooperation with Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan

Following the Agreement on Academic and Educational Cooperation signed on April 24th 2024, between Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) and Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT), the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences (SCLS) conducted a visit to Nagaoka University of Technology from 17th June to 21st June 2025.

From June 18 to June 20, 2025, a delegation from the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences – Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chu Ky Son – Rector of the School, paid an official visit and working session at the Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan, at the invitation of the KOME-DOKORO, COI-NEXT project. This activity was part of an international cooperation program between the two institutions, aiming to enhance joint research, academic exchange, and technology transfer in the fields of biotechnology and food technology.

Expanding International Cooperation in Agricultural Technology and Life Sciences

On the morning of June 16, 2025, at Room C1-222, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony took place between the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences (SCLS), HUST, and the Institute of Agricultural Technology (IAT), Suranaree University of Technology (SUT), Thailand. This event marked an important step forward in international collaboration in scientific research and education in the fields of agriculture, biotechnology, and food science.

Short-term Exchange Program in South Korea: A Journey of Knowledge and Experience

From February 10th to February 16th 2025, a delegation consisting of four lecturers and seven students from the Faculty of Food Engineering, School of Chemistry and Life Sciences, participated in a short-term exchange program at Chungnam National University (CNU), South Korea. This annual program aims to strengthen cooperation between the two universities and provide students with the opportunity to experience the academic and cultural environment in South Korea.
