The School of Chemistry and Life Sciences (SCLS), Hanoi University of Science and Technology, is pleased to share recruitment opportunities for the SGS Young Talent Program 2027.
The program welcomes final-year students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals with less than two years of work experience. With opportunities in Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong, the program offers SCLS students and graduates a pathway to apply their knowledge, gain practical experience, and develop professional skills.
A three-year development journey Under the theme “Developing Future Leaders,” the program follows three development priorities:
LEARN: Build technical knowledge and professional foundations through structured learning and on-the-job training.
PERFORM: Take on practical responsibilities, contribute to business projects, and support operational improvements.
LEAD: Develop interpersonal and leadership capabilities to prepare for future specialist or leadership roles.
Participants will support departmental activities, analyse data, prepare reports, and contribute to individual and team projects. Cross-functional assignments and job rotations will be arranged according to the program.

Students and graduates with backgrounds in chemistry, chemical engineering, bioengineering, food engineering, and related disciplines are encouraged to explore positions that match their training and career interests.
Candidate requirements Applicants should review the requirements for their selected position. SGS’s Young Talent Trainee job description specifies:
A university degree or higher, with a GPA of at least 8.2/10 or 3.2/4.
English proficiency: IELTS 7.0 for Sales roles and IELTS 6.5 for Technical roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Evidence of successful innovation projects and leadership in university or social activities.
Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Chinese or Korean language skills are an advantage. The program announcement also welcomes final-year students; these applicants should check the graduation requirements for their chosen role.
