Scientific background

  • Leading expert on solid waste treatment process with more 20 years’ practical experiences in waste treatment, alternative fuel, biofuel and biomass energy;
  • Areas of expertise include treatment of solid waste (house hold and industrial waste), Refused derived fuel RDF, conversion of biomass, waste for heat and power generation, combustion, gasification, pyrolysis;
  • 25 years’ experiences for research in combustion of solid fuel, production of bio-fuel, characterization of bio-oil products;
  • Strong collaboration with local companies in Vietnam and active collaboration with national and international research organizations
