Secondly, in the period from 2023-2025, Hanoi University of Science and Technology has been included in the Government's directives, which have been demonstrated by the Resolutions:
1) Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW, dated November 17, 2022, of the 6th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to promote the country's industrialization and modernization until 2030, with a vision to 2045 .
The content of the Resolution specifies the development of science and technology, innovation and high-quality human resources, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country. Accordingly, the role of Hanoi University of Science and Technology is very necessary and should closely follow one of the tasks of Resolution 29.
2) Resolution No. 30-NQ/TW, dated November 23, 2022 of the Politburo on socio-economic development and assurance of national defense and security in the Red River Delta until 2030, with a vision to 2020. 2045.

Lessons learned from affiliated schools after nearly 2 years of operation
At the Conference, the Rectors of 3 Schools: Mechanical, ICT, Electrical - Electronics had 3 presentations on experiences in implementing activities in the new school. Assoc. Truong Hoanh Son - Rector of the School of Mechanics presented the presentation "Arrange and effectively use human resources of the School of Mechanics". Leaders of the School of Engineering analyzed human resource characteristics; Professional characteristics; The actual situation of using human resources when establishing the School of Mechanical Engineering, from which to propose a plan to arrange the use of human resources in terms of: Organizational structure, technical staff, teaching staff, administrative staff, personnel arrangement. to ensure the effective operation of the unit.
These are valuable lessons learned from the School of Mechanical Engineering after nearly 2 years of establishment, ensuring the volume of working hours for staff and lecturers in the school in accordance with regulations, helping the School of Mechanical Engineering to come into operation stably. in accordance with the purpose of the establishment project, improving economic efficiency.
Assoc. Ta Hai Tung – Rector of School of Information and Communication Technology shared experiences from the School of Information and Communication Technology on adapting to the new governance model. The main point of view in the general management of the School of ICT is: Autonomy is an opportunity, not a challenge; Internationalization is the default, not an option; Innovation is a need to grow - to stay competitive, not a requirement.

Assoc. Nguyen Huu Thanh - Rector of the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering - shared his experience in professional group planning that has been carried out at the School for the past 2 years. From the analysis of the situation, the leadership of the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering has raised questions about the role, implementation, and coordination of activities of the professional group, etc. planning rules, building members of the professional group.
As a result, there are 43 professional groups planned, in which: School of Electricity - Electronics manages 4 general groups; Faculty of Electronics manages 11 groups; Faculty of Communication Engineering manages 10 groups; Faculty of Electrical Engineering manages 10 groups; Department of Automation manages 8 groups; Specialized groups have group leaders; The Introductory and Skills Group is appointed by the University to appoint a member of the Board of Directors as a coordinator.
