Training program: "Sustainable development in the Food - Beverage Manufacturing Industry and practices in Morinaga Nutritional Foods Vietnam"

Morinaga Nutrition Foods Vietnam (MNFV), in collaboration with the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences (SCLS) Hanoi University of Science and Technology, has implemented a training program with the theme "Sustainable development in the Food - Beverage Manufacturing Industry and practices in Morinaga Nutritional Foods Vietnam". The training program was launched as part of action plan to promote sustainability, convey sustainability message to students - the future leaders of Vietnam.

The ceremony to sign the memorandum of understanding for cooperation between Nam An Mechanism and Environment .,JSC (NAM AN M&E., JSC), Nam An Hanoi Mechanism and Environment Investment Company (NAM AN HN., JSC.), and the Department of Chemical Engineering, School of Chemistry and Life Sciences (SCLS), Hanoi University of Science and Technology took place on March 13, 2024, at Nam An Company, Tiên Sơn Industrial Park, Tiên Du, Bắc Ninh, amidst a warm and open atmosphere. This event not only marks a significant step forward in the cooperation between the two parties but also opens up new prospects in the fields of education, research, and technology transfer.

The meeting between the University of Sydney (USYD) and the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences (SCLS), Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), on March 7, 2024, set the goal of cooperation in education and scientific research, aiming towards the Net Zero goal. This significant meeting brought together key representatives from both sides, including faculty members and school leaders.

Seminar on the Impact of Climate Change on Sustainable Aquaculture

On March 5th, 2024, at the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences (SCLS), Hanoi University of Science and Technology, a seminar titled "The Impact of Climate Change on Sustainable Aquaculture" was held, co-organized by SCLS and Cardiff University, Wales, United Kingdom. The event attracted more than 60 delegates from universities, research institutes, associations, and businesses operating in the aquaculture sector in Vietnam.
